Tulip Group has recently unveiled the interior designs for Centara Grand Resort & Spa Jomtien with the elegant and unique concept of ‘Diving into Luxury’inspired by an underwater world. Special attention has been made to create the feeling and atmosphere in public areas and create the impression to customers like they are inside the ocean or under water.
Luxury designers P49 Deesign have been employed as the main interior designer for the stunning five star hotel.
This luxury interior concept is extremely interesting because the distinctive design elements have been influenced by the sea and transformed into elegant yet cozy spaces that subtly blend with the design philosophy and add to the sense of place. This is a first for 5 star hotels in Pattaya!
“Bubbles are considered as tangible element to represent breathing under water, and upon arrival guests are greeted by a central bubbling water feature. This idea of ‘bubble’ has been developed into the concept of the main lighting feature above, that is made from clusters of tiny glass balls that sprawls into other areas to create both horizontal and vertical linkage through the lobby spaces” says Mesa Nopakun, Interior designer of P49Deesign.
The interior of the hotel is pure luxury within a sophisticated and timeless color scheme in parallel with the finest selection of materials. Black, white and grey stone has been chosen to dominate the overall space with a splash of deep aqua palette of the sea used as a highlight. A feature wall will be developed from the organic form of coral by using the simple geometric shapes composed in different angles that has resulted in a three dimensional wall. The floor pattern and carpet will also designed in harmony by merging its boundary with an angular shape of stone.
Contemporary furniture has been selected throughout the hotel based on luxury, scale and proportion.
Centara Grand Resort and Spa Jomtien will be the 3rd tower of the complex which will house two additional Condominium Towers under the brand name Centara Grand Residence Pattaya, located on a direct beachfront land plot of just over 28800SQM in the beautiful secluded area of Na Jomtien.
The condominium concept is also one of pure luxury with the developer Tulip Group deciding to design the project for exclusive living and therefore room sizes are very large compared to current trends. The two tower project will consist of only 331 rooms in total with the majority of the rooms being 2 Bedroom 128 SQM and above. 3 bedroom 4 bathroom private pool villas in the sky proving the most popular, being that in today’s market it is very difficult to buy big apartments with direct sea views. The project will benefit from 100% parking allocation; again a first in Pattaya and in total residents can enjoy 15000 SQM of beach front landscaping.
